For years I've been trying to do it through email and regular calls top the clients keeping them up to speed on a project. Would be fantastic to have an automated system that does this for me, so I can spend more time designing them a better site or product, instead of being caught up in the admin side of things. Also, It's the first tool I've seen that wouldn't make my brand/little company look cheap and nasty...If "web is love", this tool would help me spend more time just loving the web :) This would be SOOO helpful.
